Coffee Bar-Coffee with an Italian flare! Some may know the coffee bar for their C1 grade coffee's, their signature house blend "Italian Roast", and wine club. What you might not know is that the coffee bar is very active in minimizing a carbon foot print with everything they do. They buy from local farms for their milk and food, then they donate their stores compost back to these same farms. Don't be alarmed when you see fettuccine sticks instead of traditional wooden or plastic stir sticks. This is a way to stir your coffee and help the environment and when you're done with these fettuccine sticks they go right back into their composting.
